Sacramental records

Registers of Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage and funerals are permanent records of the Church, kept securely and confidentially. Access to these registers is restricted, and information from them is released only in accordance with Church and civil law.

Emails and parish records are held in accounts accessible only to authorised parish personnel, protected by passwords. We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by civil or Church law.
